We offer a 100-night risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your Flo Mattress within the first 100 nights, we will provide a full refund and arrange for a free pickup.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, your mattress will arrive at your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days.
Does the mattress require a specific type of bed frame?
Flo Mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface including platform beds, slatted frames, or even the floor. Ensure slats are no more than 3 inches apart for optimal support.
How is the mattress packaged for delivery?
We use advanced compression technology to roll-pack the mattress into a compact box. This makes it easy to move through narrow hallways and staircases before unboxing.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Flo Mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural indentations greater than 1 inch.
Is the mattress cover washable?
Yes, our mattresses feature a high-quality zippered cover that can be removed and machine-washed on a gentle cycle with cold water.
