Sleep on it
We ask that you trial your new Flo mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust to the new support system.
Initiate a Request
If you still feel it is not the right fit after 30 nights, contact our support team via email or phone within the 100-night window.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no extra cost.
Receive Refund
After the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
